Infolytics AG and our employees have a great deal of experience in migrating applications or parts of them. We bring applications from platform A to B, where the differences can be in the environments, the operating systems, the languages used, development environments and/or database systems.
It is our goal to automate the migration process as far as possible. A fully automated conversion is successful in many cases, semi-automated in the majority of cases. An automatic conversion has the advantage of being verifiable and reproducible. Each step of the migration can be logged for control: in this manner the comprehensibility of the process is ensured.
Besides our own tools we use those of Cornerstone BV. With these the bulk of the applications of common languages, TP monitors and databases can be transferred automatically into new environments.
